A Football Referee Technical Seminar was held on 4th October 2025 in Nagaon District, organized by the Nowgong Sports Association. The event was graced by Mr. Kamal Dutta, a senior football referee and renowned sports organizer from Hojai, Assam, who attended as the Chief Guest. Also present was Mr. Rajendra Basumatary, a Referee Technical Expert from the Assam Football Association. The seminar took place at the Sports Club Pavilion.
