The Cricket Summer Camp for Junior Boys & Girls, organised by the Nowgong Sports Association (NSA) under the aegis of the Assam Cricket Association, was inaugurated on 3 July at Nurul Amin Stadium, Nagaon, Assam. The camp, which runs from 3 July to 17 July, was inaugurated by Rupak Mazumdar, Assistant Commissioner, Nagaon, in the presence of NSA officials: Pradip Kr. Hazarika (Vice President), Tapan Kr. Das (General Secretary), Asim Kr. Bhowal (Treasurer), Diganta Bora (Sectional Secretary – Basketball), Mrinal Kr. Hazarika (Sectional Secretary – Cricket), and Prem Kumar Das (Sectional Secretary – Carrom). The training camp is being led by Deep Jyoti Devnath, an NCA Level B Coach, with support from ACA-certified coaches of the Nowgong Sports Association. Designed for aspiring Junior Boys & Girls cricketers, the camp aims to enhance their technical skills, fitness, discipline, and overall understanding of the game. We extend a warm welcome to all the young participants and wish them a successful, rewarding, and enriching training camp ahead.
