The Prize Distribution Ceremony of the Nagaon District Inter-School Badminton Tournament was held on 30 June 2026 at the Nowgong Sports Association Indoor Stadium, Nagaon. Kendriya Vidyalaya, Nagaon emerged as the champions, while Christ Jyoti School, Nagaon secured the runner-up position and Nagaon Mission Higher Secondary School finished third. The ceremony was graced by Tapan Kr. Sarmah and Abhijit Nath, Vice Presidents of the Nowgong Sports Association (NSA); Tapan Kr. Das, General Secretary, NSA; Ujjal Baruah, Joint Secretary, NSA; Debajit Das, Ground Secretary, NSA; Mrinal Kr. Hazarika, Sectional Secretary (Cricket), NSA; Anil Das, Sectional Secretary (Badminton), NSA; and Gauranga Roy, General Secretary of the Assam Wrestling Association. The event was also attended by the Principals and teachers of the eight participating schools. The Nowgong Sports Association extends its heartfelt congratulations to all the winners, participants, and schools for their outstanding performances and for making the tournament a grand success.
